Kansas photos and setlist Beaumont Ca. 8/27/11

I havent seen Kansas for 2 years, it had been way to long! The Beaumont show was just awesome!!! 11,000 people rocking out, and the band was really tight and having a blast. sound was awesome and the weather was perfect! cant wait for the pac amp show in 2 weeks.
A big thrill for me was finally metting Steve, got to have a long chat with him and got a few photos with him and got a nice autograph. i have never had any contact with him before and have met the other band members on several occasions, including Kerry ,Dave and Steve Morse,but meeting Steve, man this really made it a special day for me!!!!

Thank you for the most excellent pictures, set list and review.

But Steve gotta get rid of that beard. I follow the Grateful Dead incarnations aka Furthur and Bob Weir trying to look like Jerry Garcia is enough, LOL!

heres a partial shot of the fans, should have taken a few i guess! yeah steve looked kinda fuzzy but he sounded amazing, i was just really thrilled to finally meet him!

Great pictures !
I had a good time at this show, Kansas played great. There are some youtube clips from someone sitting near the back. You can see a large crowd and get an idea of how cool the event was.

Really nice pictures-Lord Steve really does need to get rid of the beard--it is not flattering at all and makes him look even older! I am glad that they are touring again and that they still sound good-its been a long time since ive seen them

Yes, Steve was very good the 3 shows I have seen this year. Reminds me, I should write something about the Costa Mesa show they did with BOC a couple weeks ago.
